We chose Alchin Building company to build our carport, shed and driveway. We were looking for a builder who would communicate well with us as we were both working full time and also someone who had attention to detail and quality workmanship. Dean was recommended to us as someone who would deliver on these things and we weren’t disappointed. Dean listened to what we were trying to achieve and had some great ideas for challenges we could not solve. Despite some unforseen challenges with the groundworks, the job was completed on time and to a very high standard. We are very happy with how it turned out and know that it has enhanced the street appeal of our house.We recently renovated our ensuite bathroom. After getting quotes from numerous bathroom companies, we weren’t confident that they could deliver on the construction aspects of the design as we wanted to change the location of windows and build a separate room for the toilet. We also found that they weren’t really listening to exactly what we wanted as they kept trying to add their own ideas. We contacted Dean as he had built our carport for us a few years earlier. He gave us a fixed quote that was comparable to the other bathroom companies and he listened and understood what was important to us and made sure that we could achieve the bathroom we wanted.
